1. Service Fees and Payment

  1. You will be notified of fees verbally before agreeing to any treatment.  When you book an appointment with YHP, you agree to pay the balance of fees at the end of each treatment session.

  2. Payment by third parties and on invoice can be arranged by prior agreement.  Payment of fees by invoice shall be due on the date(s) shown on your invoice. If fees are left unpaid after 14 days of the date shown on the invoice, we reserve the right to seek redress through legal means.

  3. Rates for services may be advertised on the site. We reserve the right to vary these rates from time-to-time as we consider to be appropriate.

  4. All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling at the prevailing rate, and goods are sold under English law.

  5. All our fees are inclusive of VAT.


2. Intellectual Property

  1. Where any of the website content is clearly Third-Party Content (including, for example, where it links to material published by a third-party government agency, national association, expert or local authority), you must contact the relevant third party directly to get their permission to copy it, edit it, share it with any third party or otherwise exploit it.
